In addition to the workshops listed on our website, the Office of Inclusive Excellence provides customized diversity education and learning services to your department, business or classroom. Please fill out the form below, and we will contact you to develop content tailored to your needs. Please submit your customized Diversity Education and Learning requests at least four weeks before the desired session date.

Please note that custom workshops should be requested 4 (four) weeks in advance, other listed workshops 3 (three) weeks in advance.

The Office of Inclusive Excellence frequently provides diversity education workshops and consultations to various MSU and community constituencies.

Institutional Workshops

All institutional workshops will have two versions for scalable learning:

60-Minute Presentation

Places a premium on content delivery; features appropriate but smaller-scale interactive engagement pieces; offers a reflection take-home educational element

90-Minute Workshop

Places a premium on blending content with activities, engagement and reflection; has additional discussion outside scope of a presentation

Rates

Community Collaborator Rate

Workshops and presentation planning and facilitation services will be provided with a belowmarket cost to the following organizations:

Businesses, Incorporated Groups & Social Groups

  • Introductory rate of $750 for a 60-minute workshop for a maximum of 50 people; facilitated by 1-2 staff members
  • Additional workshop time, data or project review and similar services will hold an additional cost of $500/hour
  • Organization will cover all printing costs & supplies
  • Process will be managed via contract

MSU Group Rate

Workshops and presentation planning & facilitation services will be provided at no cost to the following categories of organizations:

MSU-Affiliated Groups

MSU-Affiliated groups will be offered a list of pre-scheduled institutional workshops at the beginning of each semester from which to choose
